This 200-lumen beauty is a stunningly bright (literally) and incredibly solid piece of equipment which serves a dual function as both a practical flashlight and as a credible self-defense apparatus. It is small enough to fit in your pocket (with or without its clip) or can be attached to a chord around your neck or on your gear. The slender part of the handle is cross hatched, which offers fantastic grip without the need for rubber, and it fits very nicely in the hand. The full-lumen light is activated with a quick-touch click, and a double-click gets you a long lasting, dimmer light. The battery lasts for a very long time, though I recommend keeping a back up battery, because when it starts to go it is suddenly gone.
The serrated face is very sharp, especially if twisted with pressure against skin, and the light is simply BLINDING. DEFINATELY keep away from kids. You may be able to defend your house with this (along with a good old baseball bat) in a pinch. There are no fully comparable small-sized flashlights out there; this is a superior piece of equipment and by far worth the 'premium' price.
