delivery was on time even earlier than expected. assembly was easy to me but required some tools but you can find them easily. my problem was that there is a problem with chains..it requires little fixation. anyway I am trying to sell this bike now because now I have a cruise bike and it is much more comfortable I guess because it is Trek :-))
