I am very pleased with this bike rack. The installation was easy if you follow the directions and as soon as I got it on there once it only takes minutes now. The bike is held very sturdy although because I have a 'girl's bike' I did need to get the conversion bar. The pads are good and I've not seen any marks left on the car. I've hade it for 3 months now and am very happy with the purchase
