I bought this as a replacement for a water bottle carrier I had that had space for only one bottle, meaning only water or a sports drink, but not both. The Helium belt is great because I can have up to four different drinks if I want them. The sizing is strange on this belt, I originally bought a small (I'm 5'6", 125 lbs, size 2-4 pants), but it was too tight. I now have a medium, and while it fit perfect on the first run, it has stretched and is now almost too big, so be aware of this when you buy it. My only other problem is that the pouch on the belt is very small and I have trouble fitting what I need into it (gels, ID, keys).
