These are nice ankle weights. But I'm having to return them because they are velcro closure, not hook and loop as advertised. They must have changed the product. The velcro is somewhat adjustable but not enough for me. There are two velcro panels that you can choose to attach the velcro together, with a seam in between them. It is impossible to get a good hold to velcro in the middle, bracing both panels, and this is right where I need them.
